 * Can you please help me make my bar visible on all of my article pages? I use 
   a social sharing plugin that overlaps the bar can I make the bar show above the

 * We assume that you called the wp_footer(); hook inside a div with id `site`. 
   Please try putting the wp_footer() hook outside the div `site`.
