Make an old post behave like a new post

    I am using wordpress to send out a notice that website content (not on the blog) has been updated. I don’t want to have to cut and paste and make a ton of new posts. I want to edit my old posts and have them appear as if they were new – i.e., they will go to the top of the feed, AND cause feedburner to send out an email. Is this possible?
