 * i have several clinics, is there a way or suggestion how is it possible when 
   a user sees his closest clinic to make and appointment?

 * You could use the description field for that where you set all the store info.
   And then you would have to edit the wpsl-gmap.js file on line 607 in the storeHtml
   function and add the “response.description” somewhere to the html output. You
   will loose these changes with the next update though.
