    Hi @gwoman

    Thank you for reaching out about this. When you change the settings in the plugin to change the size of the primary image, that change only affects new listings going forward. However, there is a plugin that you can download that will resize all of your existing images. It is called Regenerate Thumbnails and you can learn more about it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Hi bobbied,

    Thanks for your recommendation. I tried the plugin, but nothing changed on the ad list?

    Hi @gwoman

    This sounds like a cache issue possibly. We recommend clearing the server cache if you have one (which is found either in your hosting settings or on your plugin settings for things like WP Super Cache and W3TC if you have them installed), as well as your client browser cache.

    The best way to get uncached data on your browser is to use a Private Browsing window or Incognito mode (depending on your browser). That ensures you’re seeing the latest, correct data.

    If that doesn’t work, we would like to troubleshoot this issue with you further.

    Hi Bobbied,

    I removed cache like 3x times yesterday and did it again today.
    Like shown in the image, it ONLY happens on the listings page.

    On the single ad page, everything is in a right format.

    Could it be it is a conflict with table settings in the theme? It looks like the image is being pulled to the size of the (invisible) table?

    Hi @gwoman

    I’m sorry that didn’t work. Theme and plugin conflicts are very common in WordPress, and a conflict test is used to help determine the cause of the issue. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: https://awpcp.com/knowledge-base/how-to-check-for-conflicts/

    Before doing a conflict test, it is a best practice to take a backup of your site before beginning or to do the test on a staging site, in case any settings are changed during the process.

    If you aren’t able to identify the issue that way, please contact us directly https://awpcp.com/contact/

    Hi bobbied,

    Thanks for that useful step in the document! It was indeed a theme conflict, with Twenty Twenty, the issue with the thumbnails was gone.

    I’ll see if the theme support team can help me about it.

    Just a quick feedback:

    The problem got resolved on the Twenty Seventeen theme support forum. This was the trick: adding extra css with customizable width:

    .awpcp-listing-excerpt-thumbnail img.awpcp-listing-primary-image-thumbnail {
        width: 80px;
    }
