 * _**I’m trying to make a database on the WordPress site, but I don’t know where
   to find it. And I can’t install WordPress, because, I have to add my database
   in the first rule. How do I have to install WordPress?**_

 * You need to look for “MySQL” in your hosting control panel. That will let you
   set up a database for wordpress. Then create a username for the database, give
   the username all permissions, use Wordpad to type your database and username 
   information in wp-config.php file, upload and install.
 * Hopefully this will work easier for you than for me. I fought with it for a while
   before getting it going.
