 * Hi,
    The company I word for is running a large installation of wordpress, more
   than 400 pages and 2500 posts on the cutline theme. I am looking to upgrade to
   the current version 3.0.4. Is there any hazard in making the jump from such an
   old version to a new one at once?

 * You should be able to use the built-in automated upgrade to safely upgrade to
   3.0.4, but make sure that you backup your [files](http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_WordPress_Files)
   and [database](http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database) first.
