Major Problems, No Support

The plugin does not keep accurate stats, does not allow clearing of stats, this problem is mentioned by several people with no solution. When leads is installed, gives users a loop in wordpress with the awful loop page and error after leaving the landing page and trying to access the main site. All users, not just WP or logged in users. Setup account on forum to try to get basic support. Would not let me log in. Reset password three times and it would not log me in. Tried to email them and they have a form where you have to promise it’s not a support request but can’t help it if the support forum doesn’t work either. Call to Action recommended plugin does not come even close to integrating with my theme. Cannot think of purchasing any paid features or even paid support at this time. Tried installing on clean WP install with no plugins and still had all the same problems. Wondering if it’s a server setting on my side, but I don’t have any issues with ANY other plugins and cannot contact them to ask.
