Hi,
Sorry to hear about your experience – that definitely sounds frustrating. However, we want to clarify that our plugin is not designed to delete any data, either during updates or when clicking the “Update” button.
What you’re describing may be related to a conflict, another plugin conflict. We recommend checking your error logs or restoring from a backup if available. Does the issue happen randomly, or can it be replicated?
Best regards.
Hi,
I had same issue after latest update – all my templates were deleted. I rolled back to previous version and all works fine.
So just to confirm, the issue with templates being deleted happens consistently after saving or updating them in the latest version? If it’s replicable, that’s definitely something we want to investigate further.
Please create a support ticket on this Support Forum and include as many details as possible – steps to reproduce, your environment setup, and plugin version. If it’s not a random bug and we can replicate it, our dev team will look into it right away.
Looking forward to your ticket so we can get this sorted for you.
Hello, I have the same problem!
I rolled back from 1.2.14 to 1.2.3 and nothing has changed, we lost our custom emails.
I update the issue, I see on the top of the “email templates page” i have now:
All (43 template) / Mine (14 template) / Pubblished (43 template)
How to connect only the mine version?
Hello, I resolved.
Deleted all the “new stock” emails and keeps only the mine.
Anyway I updated back to the 1.2.14 and to the Woocommerce last update just released 9.8.5 and now seems working good.
I’m sorry for the delay and, thank you so much for keeping me updated!
Same problem for a long time customers are getting empty emails!!
How do I go back???
Hello, it’s me.. again!
I have again the same problem.. i see on the 16th of may I have again the “stock email” back! 😑
I don’t understand why this come back again every “x” time…
Hi again,
Thanks for the update, and I’m really sorry to hear the issue has come back.
As mentioned earlier, our plugin is not designed to delete any email templates – it’s the same for adding templates. Except for the default samples, you have to add new one and edit them all manually
We’ve double-checked this, and it’s also not something we’ve been able to replicate on our development site.
Since rolling back versions didn’t resolve the issue and the problem reappears intermittently, it strongly suggests that the cause may be coming from somewhere else in your setup (another plugin, a custom script, or server-side behavior). I really wish I could help more, but without a clear, replicable way to trigger the issue, it’s very difficult to troubleshoot from our end.
I recommend checking if anything external might be overwriting or syncing data in the background – maybe a staging/live sync, backup restoration, or hosting-level reset?
Hello @angelagrey and thank you for the answer.
Now we are running the last version 1.2.14. Rolling back didn’t help us with our problem.
I can confirm you that: We have a manual backup method done by “Backuply – Backup plug-in”, nothing more like automatic sync / staging / restoration…etc.
For now, I have 14 correct elemets (email answer).
Thank you.

I really understand the case. The thing is, we’ve never encountered this issue ourselves, so unfortunately there’s no official fix, update, or known cause we can confirm at this point. Since it’s not something we can replicate, we haven’t been able to build a solution for it.
The suggestions I shared are just ideas based on what might typically cause this kind of issue, not a guaranteed fix. I’m not sure what you meant by the “14 correct elements,” but either way, based on everything so far, this doesn’t seem to be something caused by our plugin.
I really wish I could offer a more concrete answer, and I’m here if anything changes or you have more info to share.
