• Hello,

    I have posted a number of times in various support sections. I am not getting notifications properly. I checked with my hosting company 3 times.

    I first had issues with my contact form, now I have issues with comments as well and am not getting back to prospective clients on time.

    In summary, I am not getting notifications sent to me by wordpress and I have talked with my hosting provider multiple times. There doesn’t seem to be an issue. I authenticated everything. I have it connected to an email address with my host provider. I then have that address set to forward to a gmail account. Neither of these email accounts are receiving notification messages consistently.

    I thought I had fixed the problem, but it’s not working again after my husband tried it. It worked once when I did it using incognito chrome window.

    Please help me. Again, this is over 2 weeks since I’ve been trying to correct this problem and I’m at a loss for what to do next.

    I AM ALSO OPEN TO PAYING SOMEONE TO FIGURE THIS OUT- THIS HAS TAKEN WAY TOO MUCH EFFORT WITHOUT HELP!!!!
