At the very least, even if your site is not accessible at the moment, you could Google your own URL, find the last cached page, look at the cache, look at the source code, and you should have it. WordPress version is usually in the source code.
“website under maintenance or website has a programming error”…is something going on with the site?
As far as that goes, only you know what has been done (or not done) with your site.
Contact your host, gather any information that you can about the issue (server maintenance? Unexpected temporary outage or disaster?), post a link to your site and mention your hosting service, and perhaps someone with a similar experience will be able to offer some helpful advice.

I don’t know what “cached page” means however if that means the last page that my favorites are set at, then , that is where the problem is. I know of no other way to access the page than to just go to favorites which is this link

I understand that you may have resolved the issue by now, but I thought I would touch base with you anyhow. I visited your site today without any incident or noticing anything unusual while I was there. I was not able to duplicate the problem you have been having. Everything seemed to be working okay. If you are only having this problem when you try to log in, I would not have been able to see that anyhow.
