Support » Plugin: Coming Soon Page, Under Construction & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd » Maintenance Mode Active is overlaying the header + Error 503

  • Hi there!

    I was wondering whether there’s a way of not displaying “Maintenance Mode Active” in the top bar because it overlays a part of my website’s header when I visit the site from admin panel? There are some elements already there that are crucial like customizer etc., but the Maintenance Mode is not really needed there as I can remember what mode I am in.

    I also get an “Analysis Error 503 – Service Unavailable” when running GTMetrix and Maintenance Mode enabled in this plugin. Is this normal?

    Thank you!

    Yep, 503 = Maintenance Mode. If you have a way to add custom css to the backend you can add:

    #wp-admin-bar-seed-cspcom-notice{
    display:none;
    }

    thanks for the review!

    Thank you! So having that 503 Error still means there are no issues whatsoever – just how the plugin works?
    I’m not a coder, unfortunately, so I wouldn’t be able to mess around with CSS in the backend. Would you be able to add that feature in future, just for users to at least have an option?
    Thank you!

    Yep, 503 is a status code that means the site is unavailable due to maintenance. Yep, we are working on a major revamp of the plugin and will look into adding it!
