Can you check the log files located in **Dashboard** to see if they reveal some information. If you are and the only problem is when you try to save Maintenance mode, does your theme have a maintenance mode functionality? If you have the space, you could easily set up a test site for testing purposes in your server. I notice that changing the message works. its weird. * On my dev server, which has no caching system and is very well furnished in memory and cpu I have run tests and deactivated all plugins with Divi theme builder or standard WP theme To get unstuck from maintenance mode I have to reset all security settings!
