Maintain place on page when editing plugins

    When you activate, deactivate or delete plugins the plugins page always reloads to the top.

    This becomes infuriating when eg you are trying out a variety of plugins – say on a localhost installation. If you de-activate a plugin the page reloads and you have to scroll down again to delete it.

    Usually a browser page will return to the scrolled location on reload but not in this case.

    Please find a way of editing plugins so that endless scrolling is obviated.
