 * Have a two level main navigation menu where the top level options have a blank#
href. I want to have the sub menu toggle open when the top level link is clicked,
just as it does when the ^ icon to the right of the text is clicked. What is
the easiest way to achieve this? URL: [http://test.frank-jackson.com/](http://test.frank-jackson.com/).
Try any top level option except Home.
