Main Navigation Header Problems

    After I adjusted the logo to the top and disabled the sticky header function I am having a problem with the main nav. If you are not scrolled to the top of the page, when you hover over a page on the main nav it will blink and then when you click on a page it wont direct you to the page. The only way you can direct to another page is if you scroll back to the top.
