Main Menu / Member Menu Cache Issue

    Hello…I have Ultimate Member plugin. Seems W3 is causing conflicts with menus. When users login, the member menu is not appearing, the public one is, member menu only appears sometimes after I refresh page. As I navigate logged in as a member, other menus that are suppose to appear in certain pages do not. I have checked all settings and seems all works only when I disable the W3 plugin, so its not the Ultimate Member plug in…Is there a setting I can change on W3 to fix this?..

    I have cleared all cache, changed settings of Cached pages to admin & members etc..

    Using W3 0.9.4.1

    Sounds like you need to set the Minify mode to Manual and use the Wizard (found under Performance > Minify > Help)

    The problem seems to be related to when it tries to minify the um.min.js file for Ultimate Member. That js file has a section that requires a specific white space to be left alone but the minify process strips it. By setting minify to Manual mode and then reshuffling the order of what is minified (excluding the um.min.js file from being minified) i was able to get passed the issue.

    Because i dont know all of your installed plugins, with the wizard try to keep this ordering for js files.

    Hello..Thank You for your reply..I set to manuel and looked at all the js..None of them appear to relate to UM so could not test and I also turned off minify but no luck…Actually, I’m just going to keep it disabled. I ran speed test on my site with google insight / gtmetrix and the site ranks better, W3 might just be a plugin I don’t need. Thank You again for your reply. This might help someone else who reads it.
