Main Menu dropdown selection submits the keyword to Jobs form

    Hi All,

    Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate you all for developing such an amazing plugin, it is very helpful for the novice users like me. Kudos to each one of you.

    My Question is:

    When I use the following code in any page and add it to the main menu, it searches the location and displays the search results in the home page [jobs] form itself. Which is great!!
    </form> <form method=”GET” action=”Jobs”>
    <p>
    <input type=”submit” id=”search_location” name=”search_location” value=”Place_Name” />
    </p>
    </form>

    However, when I am trying the same to search by category I am being unsuccessful in getting the code and the result correct because the Job Category is not a text box but it is a dropdown.

    Could you please help me with the right code to be able to search the results by category in the home page [jobs] form when I click the option in main menu dropdown.

    Thanks for your kind words!

    Out of the box, the [jobs categories] shortcode would allow you to search categories. I think what you’re looking for is a customization of that?
