 * On the Twenty Fourteen theme.
 * When I scroll down the page, the menu slides over to the right. Not all menu 
   items are then visible. How do I slide it left or keep it centered?

 * Also, does anyone know why the plugin Fourteen Extended is no longer available?

 * Add a float: left to your header in your custom.css or childtheme.css To center
   it you will have to play with the padding-left
