Main Font Size Auto Changing

I’m having an issue with the main font changing what seems like on its own. I’m using the Engrave Lite theme. its the main text and title text on widgets. One week it was really small like size 8, so I uninstalled the theme & reinstalled it. That seemed to do the trick. Then today the font is really huge like size 28! So once again I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the theme. The font remains the same. So it’s not the style sheet as I had originally thought. I also cleared the Cache & refreshed the page.
Any suggestions on what could be causing this or how I can fix it?

I have changed the “GLOBAL Settings” – I changed the color code & it worked – so I know i’m in the correction section. I change the font size & nothing. It’s not responsive.
