Main body and headings font color

I’ve been searching for the same solution. It’s been asked several times on the forum however, still haven’t seen one post that gives a clear answer. I’m not using the pro version and can’t find anything related to the text size or color in the style sheet. Only for the header.

I saw one response where the author told someone to read the entire tutorial to better understand. However, he forgot to supply a link to the tutorial. ??
