Out of curiosity, are you running the free version, or one of our paid ones? In case you’re on a paid plan, make sure to write an email to our support channel — that way, we can keep on this forum only threads relevant for users of our free version.
We’re glad to reply here in this case, as this might be of interest: email issues are generally caused by spam filters. HappyForms uses the WordPress mailer by default, which is enough for development purposes, but without further server configuration your email messages are considered malicious by most email providers.
In short, we’d suggest to install and configure an SMTP plugin (here’s one, here’s another) — that way, your emails will be considered legitimate.
