MailPress entries still in database after uninstalling

  • After uninstalling MailPress using the uninstaller plugin, there still are entries in the database (options table), how can I safely remove them?

    "MailPress_edit_dashboard";b:1;s:20:"MailPress_edit_mails";b:1;s:27:"MailPress_edit_others_mails";b:1;s:20:"MailPress_send_mails";b:1;s:22:"MailPress_delete_mails";b:1;s:23:"MailPress_switch_themes";b:1;s:24:"MailPress_manage_options";b:1;s:20:"MailPress_edit_users";b:1;s:22:"MailPress_delete_users"

    this is not MailPress

    So why does it says MailPress in it?

    @baga
    Just a thought. Did you Deactivate all Mailpress Add_ons (located in plugins submenu), before you uninstalled the Mailpress Plugin?

    It sounds like you may have activated Mailpress Add-ons: “Roles and capabilities” and/or “Sync wordpress user”.

    A good plugin for finding orphan options is http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/plugins-garbage-collector.

    Thanks a lot trawp, I’ve just tried out the plugin you suggested me but it didn’t find any garbage in my database.

    Do you think it would be a good idea to reinstall MailPress and its add-ons and then deactivate the add-ons before uninstalling MailPress?
