    Hello,

We updated our plugins today, as well as to the new version of Woocommerce and wordpress. We received the following error on an order that was placed:

Square Payment Failed (A new entity was found through the relationship ‘MailPoetEntitiesSendingQueueEntity#task’ that was not configured to cascade persist operations for entity: MailPoetEntitiesScheduledTaskEntity@7810. To solve this issue: Either explicitly call EntityManager#persist() on this unknown entity or configure cascade persist this association in the mapping for example @ManyToOne(..,cascade={“persist”}). If you cannot find out which entity causes the problem implement ‘MailPoetEntitiesScheduledTaskEntity#__toString()’ to get a clue.) Order status changed from Processing to Failed.

However, while it says payment failed, I checked our square account, and it did not fail.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, i hope you guys are well… i am facing the same problem. it seems to be since the last upgrade of mailpoet. i deactivated all plugins and the problem persists.

My error in the top of the checkout:

A new entity was found through the relationship 'MailPoet\Entities\SendingQueueEntity#task' that was not configured to cascade persist operations for entity: MailPoet\Entities\ScheduledTaskEntity@27484. To solve this issue: Either explicitly call EntityManager#persist() on this unknown entity or configure cascade persist this association in the mapping for example @ManyToOne(..,cascade={"persist"}). If you cannot find out which entity causes the problem implement 'MailPoet\Entities\ScheduledTaskEntity#__toString()' to get a clue.

And it happens the same about the order, no matter Mailpoet inform about the error the order appears in woocommerce>orders

    Hi,

thank you for reporting this issue. We found out this is related to the abandoned cart emails. We are planning to release a fix for this problem next week. In the meantime, could you please disable the abandoned cart emails? That should prevent this error.

    Best Regards
