Every time I try to switch from Mailpoet 2 to 3 I encounter the same problems. Your website doesn’t recognise my subscription although it has taken my money and sent a receipt. Whenever I try to get started I get sent to page to buy a subscription that I have already paid for. I can’t activate the subscription I have because your software screws up the login at the back end (I can log in in fine the normal way but when I click on “activate” your website sends me to a wp-login.php page that won’t accept my password).
This is so frustrating and wasting so much of my time. I am close to asking for a refund and switching to Mailchimp.
Oh, and when I tried to send this to your support desk, it flashed the message that I couldn’t post a questions because I wasn’t a premiun subscriber.

  • Hi,

OMG thought it was just me. I have exactly exactly this same issue as described by the thread starter. My own is even worst that I have managed to message MailPoet support with two emails now but no response for the past 4 days!

It’s really annoying and frustrating. If you won’t give me access to the product I purchased, then just refund my money please.

Also, I couldn’t send a message via the premium support form because I am not yet a premium member.

    Hey guys,

MailPoet 2 Premium licenses should be automatically migrated to MailPoet 3 account.

You need to log in here https://account.mailpoet.com/login using the same email address you used on your MailPoet 2 account.

Once inside your account’s Dashboard, you’ll find your Premium Key, which is needed to activate your MailPoet 3 Premium version.

If for some reason you can’t see any activation key and you do have a valid MailPoet 2 Premium license, please contact us here: https://www.mailpoet.com/support/wordpress-forums
