I have been using the MailPoet (Free) plugin for years with pleasure and almost without any problems. Because the MailPoet Shipping Service no longer worked, I used the shipping method ‘other’. But this no longer works either, perhaps due to (new) limitations of my mail provider. So I’m trying to get the MailPoet Shipping Service up and running again.

Then at the top of the screen it says [authenticate domain]. When I click on that, I am advised to add four DNS records to the DNS settings of my domain:
    – CNAME, mailpoet1._domainkey.de-keybloem.nl, dkim1.sendingservice.net
    – CNAME, mailpoet2._domainkey.de-keybloem.nl, dkim2.sendingservice.net
    – TXT, _mailpoet.de-keybloem.nl, ead213dc53d2641241418e64ae2af9db
    – TXT, _dmarc.de-keybloem.nl, v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:rua@dmarc.brevo.com

Once I have done that, I click on [Check the DNS records] and I get the message again that I have to add four good records. The first three states:
No records found. Add this to your DNS settings.
While they are indeed there. It may take 24 hours for these records to be ‘active’, it says, but well after that it continues to say that they have not been found.

Question: Why doesn’t MailPoet see the newly added DNS records?

    Thank you very much!
