MailPoet Subscription confirmation page

    Hello,

    I just began using MailPoet and I noticed a couple issues with the Subscription Confirmation page.

    1. The breadcrumbs shows as Home / MailPoet page / Subscription confirmation.

    Clearly that is not meaningful to our users. We would prefer to rename “Mailpoet page” to “Newsletter so the breadcrumbs appear as: Home / Newsletter / Subscription Confirmation.

    2. The “Posted By” field is blank. It would be preferable to disable that function on this page. How can we do such?
