Hi there @jocelynvlaar,
Your issue seems related to a deliverability issue MailPoet is currently experiencing from the Verizon Media Group properties (Yahoo, AOL, Verizon). Our sincere apologies if it has affected your business. Rest assured, we are actively working on resolving the issue.
At the moment we do not have an ETA for a complete fix, but we are working to minimize any negative impact on our users.
Feel free to temporarily change your sending method to “Other” for now if you have some time-sensitive emails to be sent.
I appreciate your patience.
Hi Gui,
This is about hotmail and not yahoo, AOL, Verizon. SO, I’m not sure whether your remark is applicable to my topic.
Thanks,
Jocelyn
Hi Jocelyn,
I’m sorry. It looks like a misread your message. Thanks for clarifying!
I don’t think hotmail addresses are facing the same issue.
Could you please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/ and include a link to this thread.
We’ll be able to work with you and investigate this further.
Cheers!
Thanks, Giu. I have send the message 🙂
Hi there @jocelynvlaar,
I’ll mark this thread as resolved since we moved it into the ticket.
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
Thanks, Elvira. You’re right. In this case it seems to deal with one particular hotmail e-mail address that seems to be invalid. Strangely enough from a real person that I have had contact with…..
Hi all,
Sorry for breaking in but I have the same issue. I have someone on a mailing list in MailPoet with a hotmail account who does not receive newsletters. Sending an email just works fine (same mailserver as the newsletter) but newsletters are not received.
Just to inform you that this is not a incident.
The MailPoet version is 3.74.2.
