    To be in accordance with the GDPR regulation, each user of MailPoet needs a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). I want to know if MailPoet complies to the GDPR regulation and if such a DPA is available for the users?

    Hello Christophe, good question.

    We will conform to GDPR, yes. We don’t have a Data Processing Agreement available right now.

    Like many in the WordPress community, including WordPress itself, we are just beginning now.

    We’re currently working with a group of other plugin authors to tackle the implementation in a concerted way.

    We’ll update our users through our newsletter and change log. Stay tuned.
