MailPoet – Contact Form 7 Integration

Hello,
I have both Mail Poet and MailPoet Contact Form 7 Integration plugin. I asked the question at the plugin support forum weeks ago – but there seems to be noone there.

I have installed the add-on, and I get the e-mail from the contact page but no subscribtion.
I have read all the previous questions and tried all suggested solutions – still nothing.
