1. Unsubscribe process is as streamlined as possible: you click an unsubscribe link and you’re unsubscribed. 1-click process.
2. Subscription form works as a widget. We did have one release that broke the functionality but it was promtly fixed in the subsequent release.
3. We respond to all support inquiries via forum or email. While we prioritize requests from Premium customers, we also respond to Free users. It may take some time but no request goes unanswered. Please share a link to your forum post or send a screenshot of your email request and we’ll happily look at it.

Hi, Thanks for replying to my review. Sorry, I meant to say that the Manage Subscription process is difficult to understand as described here:

Is the “Please leave this field empty” field now hidden? And is it necessary to have to fill in first and last name boxes when you already know the email address you are dealing with?
Must try to be more patient in future when waiting for support 🙂
