  • Hello,

    I’ve tried configuring the bounce handler every possible way using multiple email accounts and configurations, nothing works, I cannot get a successful connection test.
    The error I’m getting from the bounce handling connection test is:

    Error connecting to {mail.mobguns.com:110/service=pop3}
    Connection failed to mail.mobguns.com.netsolmail.net,110: Connection timed out

    I’ve tried POP3 as well as IMAP, both in-coming and out-going because I don’t really know if the page is configuring for in-bound or out-bound mail.
    I’ve used my domain emails, setup a dedicated bounce@mobguns.com email, tried gmail account as well as road runner, in all six different emails and the corresponding settings.

  • Was hoping to have heard back from someone in support by now.
    It is definitely a plugin issue as I’ve had elevated tech support from my host provider, Network Solutions confirm they couldn’t get the plugin to function.

    I have also sent a support request via the plugin and I have yet to hear back from anyone.

    Please let me know if this can be resolved.
