[Resolved] mailpoet gravity

  • I just installed mailpoet’s gravity add-on and it asked me to activate it and I went for it. Big mistake because now my screen is BLANK, just white. All I can do is page back, but everytime I do it gives me everything beside my installed plug-ins screen. Even from the wordpress menu, when I click on plug ins the screen navigates to a blank page, white, empty, no interactions whatsoever. So what do I do? I log out. Log out back in from the main screen and flash, there goes the blank again. I have absolutely no access to my site editor at all. should I panic?

First, identify exactly which plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

Http error five hundred is the message I get from Internet Explorer

If you get a white screen of death, ftp into your files and rename the plugins folder (something like “pluginsde”).

That’s what the post said but what exactly is ” ftp into your files”

    That is to say, HOW?
Where is this folder located? I doubt that it’s in my documents so like
can I have clue? maybe even just a little hint. Can I use a lifeline to make it 50-50? I’m ruuning low on oxygen here…

    See FTP

His instruction didn’t work for me, had to rename the mailpoet addon folder in order to get back into admin. Found the file transfer protocol in my website control panel which was on my webhosting server panel.
Will provide more info if needed. Thanks for the pointers.
