    Hi,

    We are having issues with MailOptin and Brevo connection.
    When a user submits the elementor form which is configured to connect via mailoptin to brevo subscription list.
    What’s happening is when you first submit your email the user is marked as blocklisted.

    But if i submit the email again – they are subscribed.

    Does this happen only to deleted contacts? I just did a test sub with yopsimekno@gufum.com, please check and let me know if it’s also blocklisted.

    I can confirm that you are blocklisted.
    it’s happen with all new contact, they are going directly blocklisted.
    Do you maybe need back end access ?

    The issue was from Brevo and was fixed by generating a new API key.
