Mailman appears to be half-set-up

I’m trying to change my email address in the wordpress.org mailman for wp-svn. It’s not working and I think someone has screwed up the permissions.

First problem:
I try to do anything that requires a confirmation string via the web and it never takes the string. I can try using the link in the email and it goes to a page asking for the string again, and when I cut/paste the string from my email it just shows the same page.

Second problem:
There’s an email address listed on the mailman pages and it doesn’t go anywhere. In fact, it bounces as invalid address. I’ve tried googling for an admin address but you guys are doing a good job at keeping it secret.

I’m going to try using the email interface to mailman. In the past I’ve found misconfigured mailman web interfaces can be worked around by using the email interface.
