# Mailing error | PHP is not functioning

 * Hi guys,
    I am having a issue with the mailing on my site. I have used a plugin
   called: Check Email and it has confirmed my php mailing is not working. I have
   also gone to other measures to test the php script. These include: Selecting 
   the “Forgot Password” so the site should have sent me a reset link and using 
   the contact form which is what I mainly need this mailing function for.
 * There is nothing wrong with the script, I have contacted my host and they confirm
   they are not blocking anything.
    I’m really racking my brain at this point but
   cannot think of anything, so I am turning to you. The community, to get some 
   assistance.
 * I really appreciate any help,

 * Thanks for the response. Why does php mail function not work on a dedicated vps
   host that the host has not blocked anything on?
    It is running Centos 6. Thank
   you.
