 * Question:
 * We are very excited about your plugin and the opportunities it holds for our
   web-based product we are building inside WordPress. We use Mailgun and the Mailgun
   plugin to handle all of the emails from our website. [https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailgun/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailgun/)
 * Is your product compatible with this plugin? In my initial testing, I was able
   to successfully create alerts without problem based upon the ACF Add-On that
   I purchased from you. However, when I make an update to that ACF, I did not receive
   an alert.
 * I then created an alert for a simple page update, and I also did not receive
   an alert. Can you please provide assistance? I saw that you are not yet supporting
   Mandrill, but I am hopeful that you do support Mailgun or have this on the short
   version of your product road map.
 * Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to hearing from you.
 * DG

 * I should add one more piece of information: When clicking the “Send Me a Test
   Email” button, I DID receive the email. So it seems like the Mailgun integration
   is not the issue, but for some reason the emails are not being triggered when
   they should be. Hmmm…

 * Hi [@burnbright](https://wordpress.org/support/users/burnbright/),
    Thanks for
   your message.
 * BNFW should be compatible with any transactional email service providing that
   they have a plugin for WordPress that allows you to switch from `wp_mail()` to
   their service (usually SMTP or an API).
 * I would install something like [Email Log](https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/)
   to see if the emails are being sent to Mailgun but Mailgun isn’t sending them
   out for some reason.
 * Let me know how you get on.
 * Thanks,
    Jack
