Greetings,

we did a re-sync on our site due to some missing ecommerce transactions.
We forgot however that we had 16 thousand coupons which are now taking ages to sync. We are estimating it will take another 2 weeks.

The sync process is causing all kinds of issues on our site, not to mention no new emails are coming in to mailchimp.

Can anyone please help us find a way to kill/restart the sync?

Hi @schmuxy, if you haven’t already you can deactivate/uninstall the plugin from the store’s admin at anytime to stop the sync. It sounds like you have a larger store to sync, in that case we’d recommend using WP CLI to sync your store. Instructions on how to set that up can be found here in our Wiki: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/wiki/Advanced-Queue-Setup-In-CLI-mode
