 * Hi,
    I’m using Mailchimp for wordpress plugin. I’d like to translate the text
   of the form depending on the language selected for my website. (I’m using polylang)
 * Mailchimp is talking about form variables {language} which could help me but 
   I don’t know how to use it and can’t/don’t know where to look for proper info!
   Can someone help/show me?
 * Here is the code of my current form that I’d like to translate:
