Thanks for hopping in the forum. MailChimp does have a feature that will automatically translate the forms and response emails in the signup process. This guide from the knowledge base has details on it:

The plugin can also be automatically translated for each WordPress install. Just set it in your wp-config.php file. That language will be used for errors and other messages. Apologies, I didn’t know Multilingual site means something else.
What I wanted is:
I got a Multisite and the subsites use different languages. Therefore, I want a separate subscription form for each subsite.
I imagine that it may be possible to create multiple MailChimp accounts – one for each sub-site.
Will that cause problem with the plugin or MailChimp service providers?
Or is there another way?
Hey Dan,
Using multisite, each site can have the same WordPress plugin configured with a different list or even account. That said, you wouldn’t need to have mutliple MailChimp accounts. Instead, you could have multiple lists within the same MailChimp account, and have each of the subsites configured with the same MailChimp account for the plugin, and the correct list selected for each.

Thank you I will give that a try and get back to you later.
The way I see it – based on your explanation – I will only need to create multiple accounts if and only if I want to avoid hitting the maximum no. of emails per month.
