# Mailchimp not syncing

 * Hello,
    i see no double opt in option in Settings Email API
 * I have tried creating a new API key
 * However subscribers do not sync to Mailchimp

 * Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the free version.
    We verified
   that the data syncing to Mailchimp was functioning properly on our end. Please
   try with a completely new subscribed email.

 * i tried subscribing with another email as you suggested but still it does not
   sync the subscribers with Mailchimp
 * How often does the sync run?
 * I can provide you with credentials for the site to test it if you wish
