When a user is upgraded/downgraded between s2Member levels how are they transitioned between MailChimp lists? Are they unsubscribed from the old list or are they removed/deleted?
The reason I’m asking is because I’m trying to track down what appears to be an issue with users not getting transitioned to the new list even though we have the s2Member settings to automatically transition even if they’re not removed from the old list.
I’m curious about what happens if they are transitioned between two lists multiple times. Are they automatically re-subscribed (or re-added)? Do they get another email opt-in confirmation that they have to confirm?
