Hi @naomispirit, thanks for reaching out. Please enable Remote Diagnostics from the plugin’s Settings tab and we’ll be glad to take a look. Let us know when that’s completed.

The plugin settings area is blank!

I found I could use this link to reveal the settings – [YOUR-SITE-DOMAIN]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailchimp-woocommerce&tab=api_key

Syncing now (has been all night)

I have enabled support now, things still aren’t synced!

Hi @naomispirit, thanks for enabling. Do you have an order ID that we could look up to see why it may have failed?

Hi @naomispirit, we just wanted to check back with you to see if this was still a problem with our latest plugin (v2.7.4 at the time of this post). Please let us know when you get a moment, we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot further if necessary.

Hello, still seems to be an issue! An example order is #130666. This customer has a total revenue which looks like it’s missing this recent order. Nothing is listed in the MailChimp Activity feed to show any order being made for any previous order (should this show?).

Also, in the website builder on Mailchimp there is no option to add product blocks which we have been wanting to do for some time.

I have upgraded to the latest plugin thanks.

Hi @naomispirit, can you check that customer again for order ID #130666? I initiated a resync for your store and it should be there now.

I’m not sure why it failed originally, but it could’ve been a temporary issue with something in the internets 🙂 If there are any other orders you’d like for us to investigate further please let us know.

    Thanks!

THank you! Looks like history for this customer is there.

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem that the campaign history is showing the correct income.

Also, the sync data in the theme settings is all over the place, has looked almost complete and then back down to zero again.

MAilchimp plugin is clogging up my action scheduler! Other site tasks are not running properly now!

Hi @naomispirit, this error would be a good question for the Action Scheduler team to troubleshoot since it’s with their plugin. It may be as simple as upgrading to their latest version, but we wouldn’t be the experts on that matter. Here’s the fatal error you can share:

uncaught runtimeexception: unable to claim actions. database error. in /home/user_7909/app_7909/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/vendor/action-scheduler/classes/data-stores/actionscheduler_dbstore.php:683

Their GitHub page is here if you’d like to contact them: https://github.com/woocommerce/action-scheduler.

    Thanks!
