• Hello

I’m trying to integrate a Quform do add E-Mail-Addresses into a Mailchimp Address list.
Created the Mailchimp-API and the Plugin-Backend connects successfully to the Mailchimp-List.
    I added 2 merge-fields and the E-Mail-Field and added a rule.

But the Data is not submitted to Mailchimp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi

There are a couple of reasons we’ve come across that can cause the contact to not be added to the Mailchimp list:

    1. Testing it with an email address that has an example domain. Mailchimp seems to ignore email addresses like test@example.com, if you’re testing with an email address like that, try using a real email address instead.
    2. The values submitted in the Merge Fields do not exactly match one of the values expected by Mailchimp. In Mailchimp if you have configured a Radio Button field (for example), make sure that the values listed at Mailchimp exactly match the values that are submitted by Quform.

You can debug the response from Mailchimp to find out why the request failed, by installing the plugin Log HTTP Requests. When that plugin is active, submit the form again, then go to Tools – Log HTTP Requests on the WordPress admin menu, click into the request to mailchimp.com and check the Response for an error message.

    Regards, TC
