 * I am using your great Strong Testimonials on several sites.
I’m also using [Mailchimp for WordPress](https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/)
on several of those sites. …Since those contributing testimonials leave their
emails, it would be nice if one could have a checkbox in the submission form
that is integrated with Mailchimp for WP.
 * This is maybe too specialized to be considered a proper feature request, but
any hints for how to get started would be greatly appreciated. I’ve made several
custom ST “views” templates in the child theme folder before, and I guess that
   is necessary here as well.

 * It’s a great idea. Your timing is good. I am actually working on a generic checkbox
field type right now for a simple “agree to terms” option so that can be used
for newsletter subscription too. That will be ready early next week.
 * As with the form Captcha, integration with another plugin mostly depends on that
plugin having the necessary hooks and filters. I don’t want to build yet another
Mailchimp plugin. I will dig into Mailchimp for WordPress and let you know if
   it’s feasible.
 * You could certainly add the checkbox HTML to a view template but, in an example
of the pot calling the kettle black, my plugin doesn’t offer any hooks or filters
on form data or when a testimonial is added. I will rectify that!

 * Hey Chris, MailChimp for WordPress author here. I’d love to be of help here.
 * We have an API in place to make it easy to manage various integrations with other
plugins, basically all we need is an action hook to output the checkbox label
and another to process the submitted form. Do you have any pointers for that?
 * With those two actions, I can do the work on the actual integration where Strong
Testimonials shows up as an available integration on the **MailChimp for WP >
   Integrations** page.
 * Let me know please.
