    I kept all the default settings of the plugin.
    When I look at my feed output I still see the large image sizes.

    Does this plugin output to a different URL?

    Any suggestions on why I am not seeing the image width settings the plugin has set by default in my feed? (Default is 560px)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • BTW I also made sure the MailChimp checkbox to resize images for me is un-checked as the documentation for this plugin suggests.

    Actually I found that I checked the option to create a new feed url
    https://runthealps.com/feed/email

    Can someone with MailChimp experience let me know if this output is ideal for fixing the mega image size issue.

    Thank you

    Yes, since you have enabled the alternate feed (which I do personally recommend), the images in your main feed will still use whatever image size you added to your post.

    Your alternate feed is showing the proper styling for MailChimp’s emails, so you will just want to make sure that the MailChimp campaign is using that URL instead of the default feed URL. For images uploaded before the plugin was active, please see the FAQ, specifically the question: “I installed this plugin and the email that I sent out five minutes later still had giant images.” Images uploaded before the plugin was active will have styling added to attempt to honor the email width, but not all email programs will accept that styling. Future images uploaded will be correctly sized and will not need to rely on inline styles.

    Hope that helps–

    @littlerchicken Thank you for confirming!
