  • A new order was created but no order information was pushed to Mailchimp when I checked on the members e-comm tab. But my old orders that I did 1 month ago is fine.

    Thus causing my triggers to be unable to fire when a purchase was created.

    Am I doing something wrong in my settings in WooCommerce?
    Or is it a Mailchimp thing?

    – Could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
    – Could you elaborate on the steps you’re taking leading up to navigating to the members e-comm tab?
    – If you create a test purchase yourself, does it sync over successfully?

    2. The members e-comm tab that I am referring to is the tab within mailchimp site ( in which I use to monitor what is being posted to mailchimp from woocommerce.

    I just noticed that there are a lot of logs indicating that the sync has stop for orders.

    Does this give you a clue on what i should look at?

    Thanks for digging up those logs too. It sounds like the sync is getting stopped while moving orders over. If you navigate to the Sync tab within the plugin settings, are you able to select the Resync button to issue a full syncing of those past purchases that haven’t synced?

    1. Can I refer to them plugin issues or do they just handle the MailChimp side of the equation?

    2. I actually had resync it once and am weary of trying again, it takes a long time to resync the past purchases. It seems that it is timing out, if I look at the code that generates that particular error code.

    I am currently in a time sensitive project and appreciate your assist on this.
