We’re still getting the same message on our Dashboard (ie. “Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp”).
We have tried most of the recommended tasks mentioned elsewhere (‘save audience’ etc), but still comes up with the error message.
We run a WP Multisite on Siteground, and the error is on all sites with this plugin (v2.7.1) enabled.
The log file doesn’t seem to point to anything in our case? For example:
2022-07-27T15:07:46+00:00 NOTICE action_scheduler.queue_job :: MailChimp_WooCommerce_WebHooks_Sync queued
2022-07-27T15:07:46+00:00 NOTICE mailchimp-woocommerce-sync.started :: Starting Sync :: Wed, Jul 27, 2022 3:07 PM
Many thanks,
Nick
In 2 of my websites i have found that there was a conflict with CleanTalk anti spam plugin. Deactivated CleanTalk and everything works ok. But wierd is that my third site using the same cleantalk settings has never faced this problem, and works ok with cleantalk enabled.

Hello @metuza, @bouncern
CleanTalk support here. We fixed the issue. Could you please re-activate the anti-spam plugin and check it?
Don’t forget to press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in the plugin settings.
Thank you.
Hi @metuza @bouncern, with @amagsumov comment is your plugin working as expected now? If not, can you enable remote diagnostics in your plugin by going to Mailchimp for WooCommerce in your plugin directory -> Settings -> Settings (tab) -> Remote Diagnostics. Please include the URL of your store(s) and we’ll take a look and see if we can help.
@amagsumov thanks for chiming in and trying to help!
Thanks
We had Cleantalk running too – we’ve upgraded to Cleantalk V5.182.1, re-synchronised and the error message has dissapeared.
Many thanks to everyone for sorting this out.
Best regards,
Nick
Yes, it seems to work ok now. But i can now find fatal errors in my debug-log. Please see new ticket.
