New to Mailchimp. Trying to Popup Maker. Previously used WP Popups with no problems. (I have the Maker Bundle with the main plugin, Mailchimp extension, Ajax and Popup analytics activated.)

Issue 1: Mailchimp error in list page when I click “Subscribe” in popup on my site – no email is passed.

    ### I get the below error in the Mailchimp List panel every time I click “Subscribe” in the Popup:

Date/Time Result Throttled? Source IP Method Format Exec Time User Agent Ver Response
2017-06-14 19:53:16 GMT nope 45.79.220.250 PUT /lists/…/members/…/ php 0.023s DrewM/MailChimp-API/3.0 (github.com/drewm/mailchimp-api) 3.0 The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the ‘errors’ array.

    ### Error seems to be “the resource could not be validated, see teh ‘error’ array. Must be something new as no one else is writing about this bug.

    ### This message also generates the embedded in Popup Message when “Subscribe” is clicked.
“Oops! Something has happened Captain that has us Confounded!” and the success popup I created also does not open. Is this a handshake message back from Mailchimp?

    HELP PLEASE!

    Hi,

Are you using the “MailChimp for WordPress” plugin?

This support forum is only for our plugin. Please let me know if I misunderstood and you are actually using our plugin somewhere in this mix.

    Kind regards,

    Arne

My Bad. I thought I was posting it to a “Mailchimp” support forum. I’ll repost elsewhere…..

You might be able to solve the problem by using our plugin?

MailChimp for WordPress for the form.
    And Boxzilla for the popup.
Those plugins work well together and we provide amazing support. 😉

You can find the free versions in the WordPress Plugins repository.

    Good luck!
