    Thanks for posting! That definitely sounds a bit odd. To clarify, it sounds like you have successfully connected your plugin, but are receiving the error message you mentioned when trying to subscribe through the form.

    If you haven’t tried already, we’d first recommend disconnecting the plugin from your MailChimp account, then try reconnecting. This can be done by going to your plugin’s settings page in your WP admin area and clicking the logout button at the top.

    If you’re still seeing issues, would you be able to provide me with a link to your page with the signup form, so I can attempt to replicate the issue?
