# MailChimp API error: 400 Bad Request

 * Hi,
    When i visit the debug log section i can see many error messages that says
   MailChimp API error: 400 Bad Request. *******@***.com has signed up to a lot 
   of lists very recently; we’re not allowing more signups for now.
 * what does this mean? and how can i solve this issue.
    Please help me to solve
   this issue. Thanks.

 * Those are usually spambots that signed up to many lists in a short amount of 
   time and are then blocked by MailChimp.
 * Sometimes developers also end up blocked when testing their own form with the
   same email over and over.
 * Nothing to worry about.

 * I have the same problem and I noticed that when I click on the form it sends 
   me to a 404 error page, plus the list is not updated
 * Is there a way to fix it? or to prevent it to happen again?
